Marin duo Maybe the Moon writing their own love song
It’s nice to be able to start the new year with a musical love story. As the duo Maybe the Moon, 26-year-old Alex Lasner, who plays guitar and keyboards, and 25-year-old singer Karmen Kimball have just released their debut single, “Two Birthdays,” an original love song produced by David Simon Baker. In the blog Digital Earbuds, Bob Crabtree says the song “is an indication that musically, 2015 will be a good year.”
